We do radon testing with or without inspections. We use state of the art Sun Nuclear continuous electronic radon monitors.

Water testing

Water samples can be taken by us with or without a home inspection. On your own water testing is also available from our office. You need to come in and get one of the test bottles and we will give you instructions on how to take your water, you bring it back to us and we send it out for you! We then email or call you with the results as they come back to us.

Septic Inspections

We check the condition of the septic tank and material, the levels, baffels and functioning of the septic tank, pumps and alarms as well as drainfield and clean outs.

We check for signs of any insects that could cause a problem with the structure of the building and list our results and recommendations on a report that you receive with your inspection report.

Mold

We check for signs of mold during the inspection. If we find any concerns, we notify you on what to do next. We can take mold samples for you, if needed.
